The first thing you need to do is call your bank. Occasionally, the bank may flag the transaction as fraud because it’s a new purchase online. When you call the bank they will be able to authorize the charges.

Before your appointment, you must stop tanning and going to peeling treatments for 14 days. After the treatment, a scab will form on the treated area. This takes approximately 14 days to peel off. During this time, you should avoid tanning, steams, pools, or getting the area wet. You can use your usual facial routines, but avoid the treated area.
Permanent eyeliner: If you have extensions, please have them removed at least a days prior to your treatment. Use of Latisse must be discontinued at least a month prior to your treatment. If you wear contact lenses, it is safe to wear them on the day of your procedure, but please have a container and liquid with you to remove them for the time of the treatment.
Permanent lips: As a common side effect to permanent makeup on your lips, you may get herpes blisters during healing on your lips, even if you never had herpes on the lips before. To minimize this possibility, we recommend taking a cure of Telviran for 10 days, starting 7 days before your treatment and continuing for 3 days after the procedure.
Some treatments are safe to do around the time of your permanent makeup, while others must be set a bit more time apart. What you should look out for are:
- botox (at least a month prior to the treatment OR when the touch up scab has fallen off; may be possible to do simultaneously if areas are far apart for eg. if you are having your eyebrow pigmented and use botox around your nose, there’s no need to wait – in these cases, please consult)
- lip augmentation (at least a month prior to lip pigmentation OR when the touch up scab has fallen off)
- plastic surgery (rule of thumb is 6 months prior pigmentation OR when the touch up scab has fallen off; may be possible to do simultaneously if areas are far apart – please consult)
- threads (at least a month prior to the treatment OR when the touch up scab has fallen off)
- microdermabrasion, collagen induction, peeling treatments (2 weeks prior OR when the scab has fallen off after any of the treatments)
- please consult about any treatment with lasers, injections, plastic surgery, etc.
Until the finished results you will have two appointments a 2 x 6 weeks healing periods.
On the first occasion, you will have a thorough consultation with your tattoo artist about precautions, your preferences and the artist’s recommendations about what would suit you best. Also you will discuss aftercare. After that, your tattoo artist will design your shape. This shape will be drawn on as a filled in form with pigments. The design will only give you the shape of the tattoo and will look bolder, thicker and in cases darker, than the final result. If you have agreed on the shape, your tattoo artist will start the treatment. We use anesthetics with every treatment to minimize unpleasant sensation. On this occasion your artist will work lighter, as we cannot know in advance your exact skin reactions. After the treatment, you will discuss aftercare guidelines again and set an appointment for your retouch.
On the retouch, your PMU artist will work through areas where the pigments need reinforcement. You may decide on a wider form, darker colour and ask for any more detail that you find necessary for the final look. This appointment takes about 1 hour and should be done within 6-12 weeks from the first appointment.
If you feel like your results are perfect with one treatment, you may decide to miss the touch up. You can skip the touch up for other reasons as well bearing in mind that this way we cannot guarantee the same results.
