To track your order, you may log into your account to review all of your information. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please monitor your shipment at all times. If the carrier cannot deliver your package please note this will be taken to a local postal office. Please use the tracking information to track your package and pick up in a timely manner.

If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to sender. In this case you will be responsible for the repayment of shipping. If at any point a shipment is returned to us and a refund is requested, shipping will not be refunded in addition a return fee will be taken off the total amount.

We ship SO quickly and efficiently that we can’t make any promises as to whether or not we can cancel an order once it’s placed.

For the safety of our artist community, all sales are final. We take a lot of care to ensure your modules and pigments arrive sealed and sterilized, and for this reason we can not accept returns. You have a 1 year warranty on your device.

To help us ensure we are taking the right action around an issue, we may ask you to send images of the damaged product so that we can address your concerns immediately. This will help us ensure that our other artist are receiving our tools in perfect condition.
